When somebody’s favorite book is “The Giving Tree,” chances are they’re going to be one heck of a hard worker. This is certainly true of Melissa Bruno, who is a fine artist, design workhorse and Shel Silverstein fan. From layouts to mechanicals, big concepts to small details, her role at TC runs the design gamut. And the Grand Island native just keeps giving, teaching courses in graphic design at Buffalo State College, and telling anyone who’ll listen about her desire to be a surrogate mother (seriously). We’re awfully lucky to have somebody this selfless in our ranks – the more Melissa gives, the better off we are.
