First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNFG), a $21 billion diversified financial services company with 250 branches across Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.

Great Lakes Bancorp, formerly a NYSE-listed, $900 million asset community bank holding company operating Greater Buffalo Savings Bank.  Great Lakes and Greater Buffalo were acquired by First Niagara Financial Group.

Iroquois Bancorp, Inc., formerly a NASDAQ-listed, $600 million asset, central New York State community bank.  Iroquois was acquired by First Niagara Financial Group.

Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: LSBK), a thrift holding company headquartered in Dunkirk, NY, with nine full-service branch locations in Chautauqua and Erie counties and more than $400 million in assets.

Landmark Savings Bank, formerly an AMEX-listed regional savings bank in Pittsburgh, PA, with about $1.5 billion in assets.

Partners Trust Financial Group (NASDAQ: PRTR), is the $3.7 billion asset holding company for Partners Trust Bank, which offers business and retail banking products as well as a full range of trust, investment, and municipal banking services through its 35 banking locations in Central New York.

TIB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: TIBB), the Naples, FL, holding company for the $1.7 billion asset TIB Bank of the Keys, a 16-branch bank servicing Monroe, Miami-Dade, Collier, and Lee counties.

Tidelands Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: TDBK), the commercial bank holding company for Mount Pleasant, SC-based Tidelands Bank, with more than $750 million in assets and seven locations serving coastal and charleston-area communities.

TrustCo Bank Corp. NY (NASDAQ: TRST), is a multi-bank holding company with assets of $3.6 billion, providing commercial banking services in the Capital Region of New York.

Waterford Village Bank, formerly a New York State chartered commercial bank in Clarence, NY, with assets of about $40 million. Waterford was acquired by Evans Bancorp.
