Riverview Commerce Park
In 2006 Buffalo businessman Thomas Montante purchased 106 acres of undeveloped land along the Niagara River in Tonawanda, NY. His purpose was to develop the land into a business commerce park unlike any other in the region. By keeping 75% of the park "green" and untouched by development, he could offer potential tenants a working environment truly infused with nature, different from any other offered in the region. Riverviewcp.com was designed as an interactive brochure which was created as a resource tool for the company. Rotating flash pages of various natural site settings provided a virtual walking tour of the property as well as depicting different nature scenes from the property, for example, noting the "skyscrapers" and showing the many trees. A "Park News" page allows for tenant and property updates to be posted regularly. The website serves as the key tool to easily access park information. Furthermore, it creates a distinctive brand position that effectively communicates the park's unique product amenities as well as increasing awareness among potential target audiences including local and state public sector, economic development agency representatives, commercial real estate brokers and local businesses.
